what is the avergae video card temps

i have a bfg 6800 ultra oc .. stock cooling .. stock everything ..
seems to idle at 45c around give or take a degree or 2 .. havent put it under load yet .. how are these idle temps tho ?

45C isn't too shabby. My eVGA 6800GT idled around 52C with the stock cooler. I just recently put on a NV Silencer 5 and that dropped it to about 48C.

That is a very good temp. If you want to improve it a bit with stock cooling you might want to try to ceramique the memory and core.
