My neo2's active pos hsf is getting on my nerves, I can run speedfan 24/7 to keep its rpm's down to 75% of max (when it magically becomes silent) or I can get me another zalman!

For people that have used this NB hs, how did your temps change? Bad? Good? Can you still overclock the same? Anything has gotta be better than:

--------------------- <-- Small metal shroud
|\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\| <-- 5500rpm fan
--------------------- <-- Sliver of metal

Works pretty good for me on the system in my sig, but I am upgrading to a Thermalright NB-1c, partially because when I start the water, I will not have the airflow cooling it.

I have it, it's ok. I didn't notice any changes in temperatures. I have yet to replace the sucky 80mm fan on the side by an 120mm fan, and get decent RAM to start overclocking this damn thing.
