See rig one.

My mobo has two power inputs, ATX 12V and a 20 pin. Was I suppose to use both inputs?

The manual wasn't clear if I should use both on one or the other. Right now I have both connected.

You're referring to the normal 20pin ATX power supply plug and the 4 pin plug? Yes they're both supposed to be plugged in. It's supposed to give the CPU extra juice.

Yes, and I believe it does. When my cpu is stressed the vcore reading goes up slightly. I've never had a board that did that before and it's a plus.

thanks!

I was just used to the NF 2 chips. Some mobos give you the option to use one or the other but not both, just like my Abit NF7-2.
