MSI K8N NEO4 PLATINUM NForce 4 ULTRA PCIe Bios NUmbers???

ok here is my rig. Can someone PLEASE give me some advice on some bios numbers to OC this thing? I only want to get to about 2.4 maybe 2.5 Ghz out of this thing.
