Send WU command, what is it?

I know this is in here in several posts, I tried a search and could not find it. I have a borg that has had some network problems, and has 5 WU in the Queue. I know you make an icon and change (I think) the target.

Sorry, this has been a long week, I need to send some completed WU's in. How do I do it?

For the console, I think you add:
-send all
to the command line/target for it.

Correct!
Also, from the command line, you can type fah502-console.exe -send ? (from within the correct directory of course) and it'll give you different options to use with that switch.
