Opinions on IDYHA stepping

What is everyone's opinion on the IDYHA stepping? I myself have heard multiple things...

It seems to overclock extremely well up to 2,600 mhz.

Right now it's running at 1.625 volts 228 * 11.

Best thing since IQ? or a flop?
