I now have all the pieces for my 1st watercooling setup.

The waterblocks, res, pump are all 1/2" ID barbs.

My Swiftech 676 Rad is 1/2" OD quick connect.

Tubing is : Masterkleer 7/16" ID, 5/8" OD, 3/32" Wall Thickness.

My problem is, The tubing won't fit into the quick connects of the rad. Any ideas how these little buggers come off? Or a way I can make this work? Has anyone encountered this before.

Any advice apprciated.

Awesome tks.

Anyone know how to rip these elbow fittings off the 676 RAD? That would be choice number one.

I'm all for the brute force method - but - not knowing how the fittings are put on - i don't want to break anything.

I had the same rad. The plastic fittings just pull off. They have an o-ring in them that keeps them on there. Just pull them off. The actual fittings on the rad are metal and are part of the rad. I did change from this rad to a dual heatercore ('72 chevy truck single pass) and it cooled a lot better than the swifty 676.
