ut 250gb s754: bios? drivers?

i just installed a refurb ut 250gb from newegg; and it came with nothing but the board. i'm wondering now what drivers and/or bios i should flash to?

i plan to overcock once i've been running the system for a little while.

also: do i need a floppy drive to flash bios???? i don't have one.

I've been using this bios and it has served me well. I've always liked tictac's bioses.

Also I'm pretty sure you can use winflash to flash the bios it's probably on the DFI website.
