Hi...

I used Artic Silver 5 with my BGA Tweakmonster sinks to bind them to my ATI Radeon 9700 PRO... and it seems they slip around, and I am really afraid of them falling off.. am I doing something wrong ? Tips...
I don't understand why they wont harden..

I left the card sit over night.. put a fan on it etc...

whats goin on :\

ahh ok, I feel kind of stupid now.. I thought it was grease !

I think some might of got on the card, doesn't seem to be affecting it, but can it damage motherboard / video card ?

I whipped most of it off.. doesn't seem to be affecting it in any way.. I dunno is there a way that I can basically know I eliminated everything ?

Artic Silver Adhesive Tape for a permanent solution.

There's no such thing as Arctic Silver Adhesive tape m8.

For ramsinks Arctic Alumina Adhesive is a good permenent option, or poor performing double sided thermal tape is another. Last option is Arctic Silver Adhesive, but it should be used with extreme caution since its slightly capacitive.
