3.2E with XP-120 good oc?

specs in sig, except the oc isnt correct anymore, its now at 4.165GHZ with 1.54V vcore (i put it at 1.5 in bios) i know thats high but had to make sure it was stable, i could lower it too, temps are 36/25 (cpu/mobo) idle and full load of 46/28. should i bump it up some more, or is that good? ram is at 260mhz (1:1)

I would bump it up. I say not much over that though. Check the area around the cpu socket and make sure thats getting decent airflow
