I agree with consumer, especially if the prices are nearly the same. Why take the risk? Everyone that I have talked to on the forums always recommends Arctic Silver 5, and now that I am using it, I am also a firm believer. I had tried using something called Stars Soft Pack, and within a month my temperatures were rising again. I also found out that the white TIM's are just thermal grease, and basically nothing more than grease with hardly any thermal properties at all. I would say just do it right the first time and get the AS5. It will be money well spent.
