MS Exchange server

looks like im goign to have to start using ms echange at work. we have more and more employees now and need to start regulating mailbox size limits, and they also want to start using the networked calender function on outlook 2003 etc

i have small business server 2003 and it comes with its own version of exhance.

ive never used it before and dont really know where to start... at the moment i have ever pc in the office connecting to its own pop details.

can anyone just give me a quick guid eon the basics or let me know where to start... what i need etc!
