ok the logitech 5300 E with thx has the "exact same woofer and pre amp as the 5500's right"? and allso can I play snoop dog on the speakers with out killing them?

I don't listen to snop myself, but turn the subchannel down a bit if you are concerned about it.

You wont blow them assuming 1 if you hear cliping you turn it down and 2 you dont turn up the "Bass" on the computer or amp etc etc. No music is produced to be able to blow a speaker due to playing it at reasonable Volumes
