which motherboard should i get?

hey guys im gonna try to sell my computer as soon as i get a new fortron power supply. im going to build a new one with 1 gig of ram, amd 3000+ venice core, ati x800(not sure if pro or not) 10000 rpm 36gb hard drive, samsung combo burner dvd drive, thermaltake soprano case, fortron 500w AX500-A, and im just wondering what motherboard would fit me best. im not planning to do some extreme overclocking. just maybe adding .2-.25 ghz to my processor. thanks in advance.
