Battlefield 2 Pagefile usage

been playing battlefield 2, anyone you that have might have noticed that the "verifying client data" portion of the load screen is extremely slow, some people it is, some it isnt, my friend and I have almost the same computer, but for some reason his compy loads most of BF2 into his RAM, and not onto the pagefile, thus resulting in a much faster load process, anyone know of how i can change this so that BF2 is loaded into ram and as little as possible on the pagefile? after loading fully i have about 500MB of ram left, without about 600MB of pagefile...
