I am setting up a new system and i need to know whether the motherboard im looking at is worth it. The motherboard i want is..

ASUS A8N-SLi Premium nForce4 SLi (socket 939) PCI-Experess

Please could someone who has this or has had this motherboard tell me if it is worth it. please list pros and cons

If you're going to be overclocking, the DFI is better.
Also, I notice you have DDR2 in your sig. AMD doesn't have DDR2, that will come with the new socket M2.
 
ASUS are easily overclockable anyways im not worried about that.

Asus makes some very good products, but their moterboards have never been particularly good overclockers. I suggest you post on the Asus board here at the forum to get opinions of other Asus owners. Good luck.
