Is it really that awesome? I mean, I've heard nothing but rave reviews, but have yet to try it out, as QT7 for windows is still in beta. Should I jump on the H.264 bandwagon, or wait till the final release?

QT alternative has a "quicktime 7" test release out.

The Moonlight beta player can play those high def QT movies.
I think QT 7 has been out a while for windows, I think I did out it out myself before, but it seemed to stop working after a while. My opinions of it was that it did load a bit quicker, but I don't think it allowed you to copy the video frame like the older versions did unless you pay for the pro version.
