"reverse" atx cases?

Do you mean BTX, if so thermaltake, coolermaster, silverstone probably every case company has atleast one btx case for sale.

No, where it still is ATX just the PSU is on the bottom of the case and the mobo mounts on the left (look at the case from the front) instead of the right side.

BTX layout: motherboard is located on the left side, upside down as oppose in atx format, case is accessable and opened from right side

It's that type of case. Where the ATX motherboard is upside down so the PCI slots are at the top as opposed to the bottom.

That is BTX standard - the Coolermaster stacker is ATX and BTX not left handed case.

PC V1000 - that is following the BTX standard....
