best socket a heatsink

I have an Abit nf7-s2 mobo with an amd mobile 2600 oc'ed to 1.9 gh. Right now i have an arctic cooling heatsink and at full load i hit 49 C. i want to oc more, to like 2.4-ish. i was thinking about getting the Thermaltake volcano, but i was wondering if theres a better heatsink for under 50 dollars.

I would look at the Thermalright SI-97

If you want a fan that is not too loud I recommend this one.

Thermaltake pipe101 is a great socket A heatsink as well. its also compadiable with newer sockets so you can use it agian. It only runs about 2C warmer than the si97 on my 3200 (42C). and on the 2100 it idles at 29C!!! LOL!
