Not exactly sure what this does? do?
by default its set on low there are three settings.. off low and high what should i set it too to get the best performance in games.. using te omega drivers 5.9 i have a x800xl sapphire should

Off memory (meaning it could be very wrong), it uses cpu cycles to determine what textures need to be filtered, thereby saving your video card some work.

I only have a athlon xp 3000+ and i play battlefield 2 24/7 pretty much ;p, should i keep it off, low or high ;p

If you turn it off 3D Mark '01 scores go way down I know that.

I hear if i use it on high it uses more cpu clock cycles.. than if i would set it on low
