I'm thinking of ordering one of these. Has anyone here tried them? If so, how do they clock?

People have been hitting 3ghz on air w/ the 149s @ XS. I think these would do the same.

i believe the 150's are higher than the 144's since the multi is higher...but for me the xtra mhz doesn't justify the cost (i'm poor).....so that's why i got the 144

opteron 150 CABGE 0534SPMW; 2.6ghz with 1.36-38v. this is just preliminary as i just got it today, i'll burn it in overnight at that speed and bump the clocks again tomorrow.

so far it scales very nicely to 2.6 with 1.38v.
