port 80 is standard for HTTP commication - TCP and UDP i beleive - there is nothing you can really do to set it except have it opened or closed.

.....
so,how to make it can let my com be a web server?
that mean i can change my web when i connect, because the default windows setting is not allow me to do this..

Where can I set my windows firewall ??

So you want to run your webserver off of your Home computer?

Whom ever you registered your domain name with - you have to tell them to pont to your computers IP address.

If you are running this from home check your license agreement with your ISP as most ISP's DO NOT allow you to run HTTP servers from your home internet connection and will shut you down no questions asked.

But from that.

What are you using as an HTTP server? IIS / Apache ?

Does the webserver work if you try to connect to it local from your Network ?

Do you have a Router ? If so you need to allow and port forward / NAT port 80 to the PC with the webserver running on it.
