I'm pretty sure you'll be fine. DOA's happen, and the chance that it would happen with your chip also is very slim.

Running at 280x9 dual prime stable (1.424v, 50C) on the same chip right now.

Doing good, but temps are quite high, try seeing if you can fix that.

Am definitely working on that. Got it into Windows (but not stable) at 300x9 @41C idle. Not priming until I can get temps under control.
