What heatsink/fan do you guys recommend for the 7800 GTX?

My stock one is not working too well, Load temp is about 74C - Idles at about 57C.

How difficult is it to remove the stock one and replace it?

try installing rivatuner and adjust the fan duty cycle manually.

Good HSF would be the Zalman VF700 or the NV5 Silencer 5 Rev.3, both good coolers

Whats your ambient temp? Might be part of the problem if the inside of your pc is to hot. Might want to try to cool that too.

I have the NVS5 and it works great for me, big improvement over stock HSF. Installation is a breeze unless your uncomfortable working with computer parts.
