Project...Copper Beast (case build)

I should have probably started this post in here originally but hey, hind sight is 20/20..... here is a link to the original thread in the Cases/PSU section....

I try to update the progress as time permits, so bear with me.


I started to fab a case from raw materials, aluminum, clear lexan, and sheet metal mainly. I did not assume that it would have been such a pain, but i did learn stuff so far. I still have to finish the 2 side panels and mount the water cooling system. So it is getting there.

The next thing will be the fabrication of the heater core mount, as well as the fan shroud which will be attached to it. I went with a 150 mm fan so that should be more then adequate enough for the 6x9 heater core. I will have some more pics coming shortly.
