Downloaded win 64 cd problem

I downloaded WinXP64 twice and burned a CD twice. The CD willnot run and windows explorer cannot open the file. Am I doing something wrong or is the downloaded file corrupt? The file properties is ISO and is 577MB. Can anyone help please.

open your cd recording software and burn as an image file. The wording will depend on your recording software.
