forum building help

im lost on setting my forum up im trying to make it to where the members have to log in to post but i cant find the setting? i have been working withthe colors on the page but i also need the HTML color codes but i cant find the full list?

Look at the permissions underneath your Forum Admin section. Go to advanced mode and you can change what the user needs to do what.
