it used to be i had a nice new cushy dedicated 20A circut for my rig, but now ive moved to an old house. (actually 80 years newer, but its not been rewired yet)
i have a few worries.

1. the circut i have to plug into is ungrounded.
2. there are 2 other computers allready on that circut
3. it possibly has aluminum wiring or Al/Cu

what would you do?

Your 500W PSU at rated power will take a maximum of 4.16A from the wall. Now you are most likely not running that PSU at rated so its taking much less than that, potentially 2-4A.

Your wall should be rated for 10/15A service, even in an old house. Now depending on the power draw from the other two computers you MIGHT trip the circuit, but I doubt it, if this is a concern for you, try to find a different circuit to connect the computers (15A circuit), or run them on different circuits.

Enjoy!
