well, i think he meant spray it on a HSF for (VERY) temporary LOW temps...
(think pouring Ln a little @ a time VS spraying HSF to maintain temps)

ya, it should work, but its going to be a VERY VERY temporary solution and VERY hard to control!

you could also run into a VERY serious condensation problem!!!

DIRECT die chill'n... no HSF just a constant spray directly ON the bare DIE :eek:

I can tell you from experiance that it doesnt work well, your hsf will heat up very quickly and unless your constantly spraying that on it, your cpu will fry. I tried it on my barton 2500+M, I went into the the bios and clocked it to 2.7GHz, it crashed by the time it was halfway booted to windows.
