Building COmp For Freind

my freind is having a batmitzwa , i introduced him to css and cs1.6 and BF2 and i even showed him previews of crysis and more!
this computer im building for him needs to handle these games on high and also manage to be cheap!
me and my other freinds have gaherd 750 $ i can go to 800$ but it might be hard so try your best to help me and my freind out it doesnt need a monitor or keyboard!

if you could get a lil more money this setup would be a great bang for the buck
