Retail 8500 cheap?

ok my next purchase (after hdds and new monitor and case) is gonna be a new videocard, or maybe ill just go wth the video first for now cuz my radeon 32mb ddr is starting to show its age with all the new games im buying i wanna run in really really high rez, not just medium rez, hehe.
since ATI kicks so much @SS im sticking with them. where can i get the radeon 8500 for cheap?

Newegg.com has the 8500 OEM Core: 250MHz, DDR RAM Speed: 240MHz250 for $199 Shipped

But they dont seem to carry the 8500 retail -275 core-(they show it at Pricewatch for $269+* shipping but dont see it on thier website.

OCie.com has the retail 8500 for $225+shipping but thier backordered and have a 4.0 out of 7.0 reseller rating.

They are around 200-230USD.
