1066 corsair ram question

I have started collecting parts for my new rig. I am trying to future proof it as much as possible. The nforce 590 intel mb I am going to get supports 800 ram. I was wondering if I bought corsair 1066 ram would it post in a mb that supports 800 ram. I have heard answers that contradict each other, so I was wondering if anyone had experience doing this. I know the new intel 590 boards aren't out yet, but does anyone have any insight?

That doesn't ring true... Ram is in my experience always backwards compatible, so you should be fine. If anything, it should give you more headroom for tighter timings.
