What is the best in-game video capture thing for the computer? Fraps or GameCam?

I personally use fraps. I can record video and still get 50 fps while playing BF2.
I've never used Gamecam so I can't really judge between the two.

A tried both about a year ago. Fraps always lagged my computer when recording in BF1942 or Starcraft, but with GameCam, I could record max res/fps and it wouldn't lag at all.

I have the full version of FRAPS. I think I bought it a few years back thinking I would make videos with it. Nice thing is I still get all the updates.

Mage what's your computer specs?

I've never actually recorded video with FRAPS yet though.
