Is this a good O/C for a radeon 7500 mobile?

well stock it gpu 260 ram 366, overclocked it 320 ram 440. I dont worry about heat damage since im using one of those cooling mats and i removed the keyboard and stuck on some copper ram heatsinks.

i looks like a pretty good jump but i dont have much expence in ocing gpus
