Im looking a Progy that will let me max load my vid card with out using my cpu that much . I want to try and see if my max oc is affected by the max heat from my vid card . The onthing i know to use right now is ati tools artifact scan but that uses alot of one core on the cpu .

Not sure how much load it puts on cpu.

Well from my understanding of just searching, there currently is no program to test video card benchmarks without putting some load on the Cpu.

What i want to do if run prime and some kind of vid card stress so i can see if my max oc is affected byt the extra heat in the loop

I would think aquamark or 3dmark should work.
