I'm wondering if anybody else is having the same problem I'm having with Gainward's lack of customer support. I've e-mailed their tech. support and sales (US and Taiwan site) numerous times over the past month without a single reply. I haven't tried the toll number yet(I'd like to get a free response first).
There is no warranty documentation and no warranty info. on the retail box. (Gainward Geforce3 Ti/550)
