well im having trouble with a dvd drive (BenQ dw1670) the problem is that windows xp cant install the drivers for the drive. i get this error "windows cannot install drivers for this hardware. the drivers may be currupt or missing (code 39)". iv tried resetting motherboard, let windows reinstall the drive and iv tried downloading the drivers off benq website and when i go to install the drivers it says it cant find the device. i'd like to avoid reinstalling xp and thanks for any help you can give.
