I just install xp pro on my pc to test service pack 3 and i installed the latest drivers for my 7800GT and now im getting this power error. I never got it in vista before.

I have only seen that error when I forgot to plug in the pci-e cable. If that's not the problem, it might be time to break out the dmm and check the psu.
