OK Time has come for me to figure out the best way to hook up my PC to TV. And I have no idea. Is there any guides or walk though as to how to go about this ?
I have the X1950XT
SCART on TVs here guys

You will plug the TV into the "dongle" (basically just a cable that splits to svideo/composite) and you plug your TV into it.

Go into the control panel for your drivers and there will be a TV section there. You may have to restart for the video card to see the monitor.

If you right click your desktop, select properties and go to the last tab do you see the monitor that you connected? If not, did you restart?
