8600gts problem. RMA?

In almost every game I play there is random artifacting.
It happens on CSS, mainly on dust2 .In rainbow 6 it happens all the tme. I thought it was a driver issue but every driver i've used does this. Nothing is overclocked either and temps are below 52 C.
Is it tme for a RMA?

Heres what happens.

ram memtest first. See if there are any errors.

then try it with a differnt PSU.

check for dust.

if that is all good and well...

definitely RMA it. You could also ask if you could possibly pay a few extra bucks for the 8800GT?

Sure sounds like a bad card to me, I assume you tried switching out the video card with your old one to make sure you do not have any other issues going on ?

This is my first PCI-E card so I don't have another card. It passed memtest and a dust check. I think Im gonna have to RMA it.
