Reg Cleaner

I have always used RegCleaner as it shows programs installed and allows me to remove them. For some reason it will not open on my work computer. Have had this problem before with it on other rigs. Does anyone know of another Reg program that shows the programs installed and lets you remove manually? Most of them just run a scan and want to fix automatically.
