I Think my wireless card is finally dead/dying?

I have my laptop (hp pavillion dv6110us) with its internal wireless card (broadcom 802.11g) that lately has just been acting like complete ****

over the past week or 2 its been randomly disconnecting, dropping from 54mbps down to 11mbps even at full signal strength.

I know its not my router because the other pc at wireless and my phone seems to have no problem connecting and staying connected.

So you guys think its dying? what kind of replacement do you recommend? I only have an expresscard 32/54 slot available and my router is a dlink dgl-4300.

or i can just drive out to fry's and get it checked out under warranty. Although thats about a 1.5 hour drive and an all day thing.
