upside down psu's

can you flip all psu's upside down. i.e. psu fan on bottom,psu mounted on top of case, if fliped venting out of the case..will it work right or do something to the psu.

As long as the fan has airflow (i.e. isn't smushed up against the side of the case) it's fine.

Should you feel inclined to do so, sure. Just make sure you take everything out of your case first, don't be lazy.
