did abit ever make a stable bios update that wasnt beta w/ e8400?


i dont really wanna flash unless the bios is going to be something i can stick with.
 
ok, just flashed to v16. everything seems good.

about 29C idle. decent??


i would like to oc to at least 3.3 - 3.5 too.


EDIT: coretemp is reading different temps than uGuru?

They read from different points, so they would be different.

That said, go with coretemp or which ever is higher to be safe.


dl'd CPUID moniter, CPU is reading about 30C, and each core is reading 49-50c no matter what i push it. seems really odd to me.

edit: realtemp is reading 39-40C

What about load ?

Also, What speed and vcore is that at, along with the heatsink and fan you are using.

ummmm stock speeds, how to test load? i pushed it with all my progs and hit 54 but thats it.

stock speeds. vcore?
 
You can use Prime95 (just google it and download it) to load your cores.

let's us know what the temps read after about 10mins, using coretemp and uGuru

42C on uGuru

and 59 on coretemp.

hsf is arctic freezer 7 pro.
