Any idea from this what it is? My computer was rock solid in x86, now with x64 it shuts itself down every night due to a bluescreen. Any helps would be awesome, thanks :)

I haven't test my ram in a while, but last time I did it all passed error free. I'll try it again later though. As I said this has only been happening the past week with 64bit Vista on it. 32bit Vista was rock solid.

It may just be a coincidence that the STOP errors started around the same time as you updated to x64. In addition to running Memtest, the following MSKB article re: the 0x0000007F STOP error may be of some help to you...

... and if you haven't already, update to SP1.

I do have SP1, and just did the current updates. I used Windbg to open the minidump files, and it appears something is going on with usbccgp.sys. Halp plz? I don't know where to go from here :(

The weird thing is, I can use my computer for hours and it's fine. But when I'm not touching it and it's just sitting there, it will restart like crazy.
