Re did the server and keep getting occasional BSOD's... How do I start diagnosing these?

7A and F4 point toward storage device issues.

Make sure your chipset and/or SATA drivers are up to date.
Run chkdsk /f /r
Check the SMART data of your Windows HDD/SSD
