Can anyone tell me what caused this error?

It has only happened once, but i'm just wondering what caused it.

I'm using the computer at the moment.

Thanks.

Boot to Memtest86+ installed on a thumb drive, and check your RAM for stability. You might also want to list your complete system spec's, besides the fact that you're running Win7 SP1. And if you can, attach the latest *.dmp file located in the %systemroot%\Minidump directory.
