what to do? No movement in the temp when slamming it with Prime95.
With the system in my sig, what is a safe FSB that I can do and sleep at night?
:mad::temper::mad:

I would RMA it also...

any FSB setting is safe...its the CPU/PLL/VTT voltages and heat thats going to hurt it...

If you dont want to RMA it or cant...then I would keep it under 1.4v

Why don't you monitor the CPU case temp. It has nothing to do with the DTS's and is the temp that actually has an Intel specification (72c max). Core temps can be anywhere from 10 to 20c from case temp in my setup.

It is rare for a sensor to be completely stuck at all temps. Usually, they are stuck at the low end of the temperature range but will function properly at 60 degrees and up.

Even if you can't get any reading, as long as you keep vcore in the 1.36-1.4v or lower range and VTT at 1.3-1.4v or less then you should be OK.
