after i installed vista

I did a install of vista on my rig. I got it to work, but it messed up once when I was installing and now in the boot loader it lists 2 "Windows Vista" selection. I know which one it is. I just wanna know how I can get rid of the other selection I don't need it. Its not really affecting anything, but it would be nice if I didnt have that prompt to choose an Operating System.
