Hmmm, you're link doesn't work, and it can't be found on newegg as far as i can tell.

looks like the the gtx295 seems to be in the same price range as the 4870X2
though there are some others that are $50 less, and most have rebates :eek:

i think we have ati to thank for that, maybe nvidia figured ati would lower their price when the nvidia cards came out? we'll see what happens within a few weeks.

Tempting... too rich for my blood lol. Gonna wait another 6 months to see whats out there.

4870x2 prices should come down, thats a 45nm process, cheaper to manufacture.

Let the price wars continue!

Edit: just checked newegg... 4870x2 $399.99 after MIR. Wonder how long till NVIDIA drops price to ~400.
 
Wow... cheaper than I expected expecially high end coming from nVidia.
